Troubleshooting

Structured Messages

Sobamail currently doesn't hide processed structured messages from the user accessing the mailbox using standard protocols. These messages are harmless and can be ignored. However,

  1. Deleting structured messages will delete the additional external data referred by that message. These may include emdedded image or links, additional attachments extracted from TNEF files, etc.

  2. Messages can be manually hidden in hierarchical mode using the small collapse button on the left of the subject line.
